Powerful brain scans probe mental fog in cancer survivors

NCT ID NCT06191575

Summary

This study uses very powerful MRI brain scans to look for changes in brain structure and function in testicular cancer survivors who have low testosterone and are on replacement therapy. Researchers want to see if these detailed scans can detect brain differences that might explain symptoms like fatigue, poor concentration, and mood changes. The study involves 10 participants who will have two brain scans and cognitive tests over one year.
