Doctors seek clues in brain scans to predict recovery from dangerous infection

Summary
This study aims to understand how brain lesions change on MRI or CT scans in people being treated for a rare brain infection called nocardiosis. Researchers will look back at the medical records and brain scans of 60 patients who have already been treated. The goal is to see if changes on the scans can help doctors predict how well a patient will recover.
