Can retraining your brain ease long COVID's grip?
NCT ID NCT05956405
Summary
This study tested whether a psychological program could help people with Long COVID feel better. 120 young adults with persistent symptoms like fatigue, pain, and brain fog participated. They tried a special mindfulness program designed to calm the brain's fear and stress centers, which researchers think might be overactive in Long COVID.
