Polish trial aims to find best radiation strategy for tough brain tumors
NCT ID NCT07329634
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two targeted radiation methods works better for controlling large brain tumors that have spread from cancer elsewhere in the body. It will compare giving a single high dose of radiation before possible surgery versus giving radiation in smaller doses over several sessions. The main goal is to see which approach leads to fewer serious problems like the tumor coming back or damaging healthy brain tissue.
