New hope for fighting lung cancer in the brain

NCT ID NCT07058428

Summary

This study is testing if adding a drug called bevacizumab to a precise form of radiation therapy works better for people with lung cancer that has spread to the brain. It will compare the combination to radiation alone and to a different type of whole-brain radiation. The main goal is to see if the new combination can keep the brain tumors from growing back for a longer time.
