NCT ID NCT05865652

First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether special brain scans can detect chemical changes that might predict a first episode of psychosis in young people at high risk. Researchers will compare scans from 22 participants (ages 15-25) who are at ultra-high risk for psychosis with healthy volunteers. No treatment is given; the goal is to find early warning signs in brain metabolism.
