First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how information moves through the six layers of the brain's cortex. Researchers will use brain scans and recordings from neurosurgery patients to observe this process during memory and language tasks. The goal is to better understand brain function, which could lead to improved diagnosis and treatment for brain disorders. About 100 people, including patients and healthy volunteers, will take part.
