College students test new brain fitness program

Summary
This study aims to see if online brain health tools and in-person workshops can help college students and staff think clearer, feel better, and live healthier. About 1,000 participants from two Texas colleges will use a special online platform and attend educational sessions over one year. The goal is to learn how to create brain-healthier campuses.
