Can playing video games keep your mind sharp as you age?
NCT ID NCT07250932
Summary
This study is testing whether playing interactive, motion-based video games can help slow down age-related declines in thinking skills and physical mobility. Researchers will enroll about 80 adults aged 65 and older. Half will play the games twice a week for 12 weeks, while the other half receives their usual care, to see if the games make a difference.
