Summary

This study tests a system that reads brain signals to control spinal cord stimulation, aiming to help people with cervical spinal cord injury move their arms and hands. Three participants will have electrodes placed on the brain and spinal cord to see if the approach is safe and can improve function. The goal is to restore some movement, not to cure the injury.
