Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment for brain hemorrhage (a type of stroke). Researchers will track 1,000 patients to see if the shape of the blood clot in the brain predicts whether it will get worse. They will compare different treatments, including surgery and medication, to see which leads to better recovery and fewer deaths after 90 days.
