Summary
This study compared two surgical techniques for draining a chronic blood clot on the brain's surface. Doctors tested whether making one small hole or two small holes in the skull was better for draining the clot and preventing it from coming back. They followed 60 patients after surgery to see which method led to fewer complications and lower chances of the clot returning.
