Summary
This study tests whether listening to a special audio program for 30 minutes each day can improve sleep in healthcare workers who have trouble sleeping. Fifteen hospital staff will use the audio for two weeks, and their sleep quality will be measured using questionnaires and brain wave recordings. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free method can help busy medical professionals get better rest.
