Summary
This study tested whether a new medical device, the Tonbridge stent, is as safe and effective as an existing stent (LVIS) for treating brain aneurysms. It involved 204 patients in China who were randomly assigned to receive one of the two stents. The main goal was to see if the new stent could seal off the aneurysm just as well six months after the procedure.
