First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 02, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looked at whether people who meditate have a younger-looking brain age and different sleep patterns compared to non-meditators. About 108 adults in Massachusetts wore special headbands and rings while sleeping for five nights. The goal was to see if meditation is linked to a slower brain aging process.
