First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at whether long-term meditation practice is linked to a younger-looking brain and better sleep. About 108 adults (57 meditators and 51 non-meditators) wore sleep-tracking devices for five nights and took cognitive tests. Researchers compared brain age estimates from sleep EEGs between the two groups.
