Doctors scrutinize past treatments for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

Summary
This study looked back at the medical records of 274 European patients with a specific, aggressive form of metastatic colon cancer (with a BRAF V600E mutation). The goal was to understand what treatments doctors actually used in the real world between 2016 and 2018, and how well those treatments worked and how safe they were. The study did not test new treatments but aimed to document current practices to help guide future research and decisions.
