NCT ID NCT04376567
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looked at two different surgical methods to create an arteriovenous (AV) fistula for dialysis in people with kidney failure. The goal was to see which approach—one surgery or two separate surgeries—led to better quality of life and fewer complications. Only 2 people took part before the study ended early, so no strong conclusions can be drawn.
