Spin chair battle: which Head-Turning trick stops the room from spinning?

NCT ID NCT05834452

Summary

This study compares two different head-positioning treatments for benign positional vertigo (BPPV), a common cause of dizziness. Researchers are testing whether the Epley maneuver or a 360° rotation works better when performed in a specialized rotating chair. The trial involves 128 adults with confirmed BPPV to see which approach controls vertigo symptoms more effectively with fewer treatments.
