Summary

This study is testing whether a new medication called DNN.65.21.005 works better than the standard treatment Combodart for relieving urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate. The trial will involve 218 men aged 50 and older who experience frequent urination, weak stream, or other urinary problems. Researchers will compare how much each treatment improves symptoms over six months while monitoring for side effects.
