Steam vs. blockage: new prostate treatment showdown

Summary
This study compares two non-drug procedures for men with bothersome urinary symptoms from an enlarged prostate (BPH). It will test whether injecting steam into the prostate or blocking its blood supply works better to improve symptoms. Researchers will measure changes in urination, quality of life, and sexual function over six months in about 30 participants.
