Summary
This study compared two approaches for managing bothersome urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate (BPH). Researchers tested Rezūm therapy, which uses water vapor to shrink prostate tissue, against the common medication Tamsulosin. They measured which treatment better improved urinary flow, reduced symptoms, and enhanced quality of life over a year.
