Summary

This study tests whether adding raloxifene to a standard BPH drug (finasteride) works better than finasteride alone. About 242 men with BPH will take either the combination or finasteride plus a placebo for 12 months. The goal is to see if the combination leads to a greater improvement in urinary symptoms.
