Summary

This study tested if group therapy using dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) works better than one-on-one supportive therapy for people with borderline personality disorder. 66 adults took part, and researchers looked at depression, impulsivity, suicide risk, and other factors. The goal was to see which approach helps more with symptoms and quality of life.
