Summary

This study tested whether a type of group therapy (dialectical behavioral therapy) works better than one-on-one supportive therapy for people with borderline personality disorder. Sixty-six adults took part, and researchers looked at depression, impulsivity, suicide risk, and other factors. The goal was to see which approach helps more with emotional and behavioral symptoms.
