First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested two low-volume bowel preparations for capsule endoscopy, a less invasive test where patients swallow a tiny camera. 220 adults were randomly assigned to take either a 1-liter solution or a powder mixed with water. The goal was to see which one cleans the bowel better and is easier to tolerate, helping doctors make better recommendations.
