Summary

This study tests a bowel-cleansing medicine called PLENVU against another medicine (sodium picosulfate) in children aged 1 to 18 who need a colonoscopy. The goal is to see which one cleans the bowel better so doctors can see clearly. About 212 children will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
