This pilot study tests whether a short, supportive conversation—called patient navigation—can encourage men aged 65 and older who have missed their bowel cancer screening to complete it. The conversation happens during a routine abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) screening appointment and lasts only 1.5 to 2 minutes. Researchers will measure how many men complete a bowel screening test within three months and whether the approach is practical and acceptable to both patients and staff.
