NCT ID NCT07140796
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study is testing two non-invasive methods to improve leg alignment in adults with bow legs (genu varum). Fourteen participants will try a special leg-strengthening exercise program, sometimes combined with shockwave therapy, to see if it changes how their knees line up and how pressure is distributed on their feet while walking. The goal is to find safe, effective ways to help people with bow legs walk more comfortably.
