Summary

This study tests whether Botox injections into the eye muscles can improve alignment in people with strabismus (crossed or wandering eyes). About 127 participants with small-to-moderate eye deviation will receive a single injection and be followed for one year. The goal is to measure changes in eye angle and see if the effect lasts long-term.
