Summary

This study tests whether injecting botulinum toxin (like Botox) into the chewing muscles helps people recover from certain types of jaw fractures. The goal is to reduce pain, improve jaw movement, and speed healing without surgery. Sixteen adults with specific jaw fractures will receive the injection and be monitored for up to six months.
