Summary
This study looked at whether injecting Botulinum Toxin-A into tight muscles helps children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy gain better control of their arms and legs and feel less pain. Forty children aged 4 to 12 took part. Researchers measured movement quality and pain before and after treatment using simple tests.
