Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a new drug called botensilimab, alone or with another drug balstilimab, in 150 people with advanced melanoma that stopped responding to prior immunotherapy. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. Researchers will also monitor side effects and how long any benefits last.
