Summary
This study is monitoring how well the cancer drug Bosulif works and what side effects patients experience during routine treatment for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in Korea. It involves 600 adult patients who are newly diagnosed or have tried other treatments without success. Researchers are collecting information from regular doctor visits to understand the drug's real-world safety and effectiveness.
