NCT ID NCT04423367

Summary

This study tested a two-drug combination (bortezomib and dexamethasone) for adults with a rare blood disorder called acquired pure red cell aplasia, where the body stops making enough red blood cells. It was specifically for patients whose first treatment didn't work or stopped working. The main goal was to see if this new approach was safe and could help patients respond to treatment.
