Summary

This study tests the drug bortezomib in 22 men with a specific genetic change (PTEN deletion) in their advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. The main goal is to see if the drug can lower PSA levels by at least 30%. Participants receive bortezomib injections for up to 8 cycles (about 6 months).
