Summary
This study tested different ways of reading storybooks to help kindergarteners with a specific language impairment learn new words. Researchers compared how often children were asked to talk about the words during reading to see which method helped them learn and remember the words best. The goal was to find a better teaching approach to support these children's language development and school success.
