NCT ID NCT06859801

First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using two treatments together—a needle-based ablation to destroy tumor tissue and standard radiation—can better relieve severe pain from bone cancer that has spread. About 120 adults with painful bone metastases that are not controlled by medication will receive both treatments. Researchers will track pain levels, quality of life, and any bone-related complications for three months after treatment.
