First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using two treatments together—a needle-based procedure to destroy part of the tumor (ablation) followed by standard radiation—can better relieve pain from bone cancer that has spread. About 120 adults with severe, hard-to-control pain will take part. The main goal is to see how many people report meaningful pain relief three months after treatment.
