Summary
This study looked at 96 people with meniscus tears in the part of the knee that doesn't get much blood flow. Doctors repaired the tear with stitches and wrapped it in a protective membrane, with or without an injection of bone marrow. The goal was to see if the bone marrow helped the tear heal better and improved knee function over 24 months.
