Summary
This study looked at 14 men with no teeth in their lower jaw who received a full set of fixed implant-supported teeth. Researchers compared two types of abutments (connectors) to see which one caused less bone loss around the implants over 9 months. The goal was to find out which connector helps keep the jawbone healthier.
