New study tests best bone graft for stronger dental implants

Summary
This study compares three methods to rebuild lost bone in the lower jaw before placing dental implants. Seventy-eight adults will receive a bone graft using either their own bone, animal-derived bone, or donated human bone. The goal is to see which method gives the best increase in jaw width and healing over 12 months.
