New bone block technique tested for better cleft repair

Summary
This study compares two ways to rebuild the jawbone in patients born with a cleft on both sides of their upper jaw. Doctors will test if using solid blocks of bone from the hip works better than the standard method of using bone chips. The goal is to see which technique creates a more stable, lasting repair with fewer complications.
