Summary

This study is testing if mixing a hormone called parathyroid hormone (PTH) with a cow-derived bone graft improves bone growth in the upper jaw. The goal is to create a stronger foundation for dental implants. Researchers will compare the new mixture to the standard bone graft alone in 30 participants.
