First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study compares a new mixture of two bone-graft materials to a standard one for preserving the jawbone after a tooth is pulled. About 30 healthy adults who need a tooth removed and later a dental implant will receive the new mix or the standard material. Researchers will measure changes in bone width and height after 4 months and check how much new bone forms.
