New device helps straighten Kids' growing legs

NCT ID NCT05241691

Summary

This study looked back at medical records to check the safety and effectiveness of a small plate device called the Guided Growth Plate System Plus. The device is surgically placed in children whose legs are growing crooked (like bowlegs or knock-knees) or uneven in length. It gently guides the bone to grow straighter over time and is later removed.
