Summary
This study tested whether a daily dietary supplement called Bonafide-HF3.0 could reduce hot flashes and night sweats in women aged 40 to 70 going through menopause. Over 100 women took the supplement for 4 weeks, with an optional 8-week extension. Researchers tracked the number and severity of hot flashes, sleep quality, and overall menopause symptoms using daily diaries and questionnaires.
