Summary
This study aims to find out which speed of doing bodyweight squats is better for building leg strength and endurance in young women who don't regularly exercise. Researchers will compare two groups: one that slows down by 15% during their squats and another that slows down by 30%. Participants will do squats three times a week for six weeks to see which method works best.
