Scientists wire up volunteers to see what happens after a meal

NCT ID NCT06548165

Summary

This study aims to understand the body's normal physical reactions after eating food. For two weeks, 36 healthy volunteers will wear several sensors to track things like heart rate, temperature, and glucose levels. They will also take photos of everything they eat to help researchers link the body's signals to specific meals.
