Summary
This study looks at how changing body position (lateralization) affects breathing effort and lung aeration in 30 critically ill adults on mechanical ventilation. Researchers will use special imaging and muscle sensors to measure changes. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve ICU care, not to test a new treatment.
