Summary
This study looks at whether combining mind-body exercises with targeted neck exercises can help people aged 50 to 65 who have had neck pain for at least 3 months. Researchers will measure pain, daily function, neck movement, muscle strength, and quality of life. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to manage chronic neck pain.
