Summary
This study tested a school-based program designed to help teenagers develop a healthier body image and adopt better lifestyle habits. Over 1,200 high school students participated, with some schools receiving the program immediately and others waiting 24 weeks. Researchers measured changes in students' attitudes about eating, weight, and shape, as well as their physical activity and diet, over six months.
